Russian antitrust says checks Tsum for price collusion signs
MOSCOW, Aug 10 (PRIME) -- The Federal Antimonopoly Service is investigating department store Tsum, suspecting its owner, international group Mercury of international price collusion on the market of luxury goods, the authority said in a statement Tuesday.
"The authority suspects group Mercury of international price collusion on the market of luxury goods, including when selling goods online. Inspectors of the antitrust could not get into the building for more than two hours," the statement read.
The maximum punishment in case the collusion is proven accounts for 15% of annual revenue and possibly criminal cases against its management.
